Four County Career Center Board Of Education Meets

The March Meeting of The Four County Career Center Board of Education was held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room at Four County Career Center.

As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•February Meeting Minutes.
•Financial statements and investments for the month of February as presented.
•Appropriation Modifications as presented.
•Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the budget commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor for FY17.
•The Cost Sheets for the 2016-17 School Year.

As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•Certified and Classified Substitutes as presented.
•FMLA for Brittany Rhoda and Anita Hieber.
•The 2016 summer camp instructors of Lauren Helberg, Tim Armitage, Courtney Bowers, Chris Badenhop, Kim Dunbar, Jill Westhoven, and Krista Whetro.
•An updated version of the Four County Career Center Job Application.
•The Four County Career Center School Nutrition Civil Rights Reporting
Procedure.
•Donations from Tracy Dopp and Tonya Fisher to the Veterinary Assistant
program.
•Donation from Jim and Leesa Battershell for the Eric Battershell Memorial
Scholarship.

Under Board Committee Reports, the Board received updates from:
*Directors
*Legislative Liaison
*Building and Grounds Committee

Upcoming meetings involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education including the regular April Board Meeting at 7:00 p.m., on **April 28, 2016 in the Multi-Purpose Room at Four County Career Center. **Note: This is the fourth Thursday of the month, not the usual third Thursday of the month. This change will be for April only.
