Historic Reflection: 1921 – Montpelier’s Noble Hardware

This undated picture postcard shows a decorated automobile advertising Edward A. Noble’s Montpelier paint and wallpaper store. Noble, a Morenci, Michigan native, was also a painting, wallpaper, and decorating contractor, and in 1921 operated the Noble Hardware at 211 West Main Street.
