Julia Ann (Lillich) Miller, age 79, of Archbold, passed away on December 20, 2024, in her home surrounded by her family. Julia spent her life caring for her family and her home.

Julia was born on March 31, 1945, in Wauseon, to the late Carl and Ruth (Hibbard) Lillich. She graduated from Wauseon High School. On November 7, 1964, Julia married Thomas Miller who survives. They were married for 60 years.

She enjoyed visiting the family cabin in Harrison, Michigan where she shared many campfire stories with five generations of family and friends.

She was a former 4-H Advisor in Fulton County and had a love for all creatures great and small, especially dogs and horses.

She passed her love of animals on to her family, who could never have too many, and enjoyed listening to endless stories of their adventures and events.

Julia also had a passion for genealogy and was dedicated to researching history, always sharing details, photos, and stories from the family.

Julia was also proud to be a founding member and supporting donor of the Bean Creek Valley History Center in Fayette, Ohio where she and Tom were often provided cookies for the Coffee Talks.  Julia was a member of Eastern Star.

Surviving Julia is her husband, Thomas; son, Eric (Christa) Miller of Deerfield, MI; and daughter, Lynn Miller of Findlay, OH; and beloved dog Beamer. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Lillich; and sister, Virginia (Denver) Merillat.

A celebration of life will be held after the holidays. Those wishing to give a memorial contribution in Julia’s memory are asked to consider the Bean Creek Valley History Center. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com(The Grisier Funeral Home of Archbold).
