Robert N. Coleman, age 70, of Archbold, passed away Thursday morning, September 26, 2019, at CHP – Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice. He had worked at Waldron Industries in Waldron, Michigan and retired from there in 1994. After retirement, he became a dairy farmer. He had also worked as an auctioneer.
Robert was born in Logan County, Ohio, the son of William D. and Ruth M. (Neal) Coleman. He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, rural Defiance.
Surviving is one daughter, Angela (Chuck) McNett of Pittsford, MI; two grandsons, Chas McNett of Pioneer and Andrew (Samantha) McNett of West Unity; and two great-grandchildren, Nathan and Isabell. He is also survived by one sister, Rosemary Hammond of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, George McNett.
