BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL
Fayette 27. Holgate 25 – Joel Smith had nine and Jared Seiler eight in the low scoring nonleague contest for the Eagles. All of Smith’s points came from beyond the arc where he connected on three 3 pointers.
Evergreen 38. Pettisville 21 – (No game stats received)
Hicksville 76. North Central 41 – Hicksvill’s high powered offense was too much for the Eagles in this non league loss. The Aces scored 20 points in the second quarter and 23 in the third to run away with the win. North Central was led in scoring by Steven Williams’ 12 points.
Tinora 66. Stryker 46 – The Panthers had eight players in the score column during their effort against the Rams. Hayden Clingaman led with 10 points. Izayah Ferguson scored all nine of his points in the fourth quarter for Stryker.
Montpelier 72. Edon 48 – Kolden Uribe continued with his hot hand as he led the Locomotives to the win with 30 points. The sophomore connected on 10 2s. two 3s and four foul shots to pace Montpelier. Braden Miller led the Bombers with 20 and Preston Klingler added 10.
Edgerton 66. Delta 38 – Edgerton dominated the Panthers with a non-league victory. Alex Michael and Travis Perry led Edgerton with 19 and 16 points respectively. Delta was held to just 38 points with eight of those points coming from their leading scorer, Marc Callahan.
Wauseon 33. Maumee 23 – The Indians found themselves down 16-15 at the break but stormed back in the second half shutting Maumee down 18-7 to gain the non-league win. Carter Bzovi led the Tribe with 12 points leading them to their 10th win of the season.
Elida 67. Archbold 42 – The Streaks got 14 points from Bryce Williams and 10 from Austin Welch in the non-league loss. Elida put the game away early outscoring the Streaks 24-7 in the opening quarter.
Van Wert 58. Bryan 35 – The Golden Bears got 11 points from John Garza and nine from Jaden Valderas in the loss to Van Wert.

Evergreen 42. Pettisville 21 – (No game stats received)
Edon 43. Montpelier 26 – (No game stats received)

Fayette 29. Holgate 14 – Clayton Pheils led the Eagles with 11 points as they grabbed the non-league victory over the Tigers. Travis Wagner added eight points while Austin Lopez and Cole Stuckey had four apiece in the win.
Hicksville 54. North Central 29 – The Eagles got nine points apiece from Keean Livensparger and Lane Cogswell in the defeat.
Tinora 42, Stryker 22 – The Panthers fell behind early 16-4 after the first quarter and tried to play catch up the rest of the way. Chase Glock led the Panthers with seven points.
BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL
Wauseon 26. Maumee 25 – (No game stats received)
Pettisville 51. Evergreen 37 – (No game stats received)
Tinora 39. Stryker 15 – The Panthers scored eight first half points and seven second half points in the lopsided loss to the Rams. Logan Boetz and David Fether led Stryker with four points apiece.
BOYS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL
Pettisville 39, North Central 20 – 7th grade – The Eagles had three scorers with four points during the contest. They included Ben Turner, Roman Sutton and Lamont Welch.
North Central 41, Pettisville 34 – 8th grade – Jack Bailey scored 14 for the Eagles while Levi Williams contributed with 10 points.
GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL
Edgerton 48. Liberty Center 45 – The game was close throughout with the Bulldogs holding off the Tigers for the non-league victory. Cloey Whitman led Edgerton with 13 points in the win.
GIRLS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL
Hilltop 35. Stryker 8 7th grade – The Panthers had only two girls score as they were defeated by the Cadets. Trinitie Woolace and Kinsey Myers scored four points apiece for Stryker. Leading Hilltop in a balanced scoring effort were Maddux with 11, Rivera with eight. Riley with six. Brainer and Barnum with four apiece and and VanArsdilen with two.
Hilltop 41. Stryker 36 8th grade – Courtney Stewart of Stryker led all scorers with 21 points. Her point total included seven 2s. 1 3, and four foul shots. Unfortunately, the good performance was overshadowed by the nine girls who scored for Hilltop to lead the Cadets to the victory. Ryan led the charge with 12. Roth had eight. Norden and Smith had six. Grant finished with three, Geis and Barnum had two and Brenner and Riley had one.
