Two Individuals Sentenced In Williams County Court Of Common Pleas

Bibbs, Caleb M. Smart (Toledo, Ohio). Counts I and II: Harassment by inmate, both fifth degree felonies. Sentenced to a 7 month term of incarceration through ODRC and a discretionary period of 3 years post release control on each count.  Sentences to run consecutively with credit for time served.  Ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

Weitzel, Michael E. Jr. (Alvordton, Ohio). Aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. Sentenced to 4 years community control with a 180 day term of incarceration to be served through CCNO.  All said days suspended pending compliance with the terms of probation. Ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.
