Pictured receiving an American Flag is Tammy Abrams of Montpelier. Tammy was the winner of a 3×5 American Flag in a drawing held at the conclusion of The Williams County Fair. Participants signed up at The Williams County Township Association booth in the Merchants Building. When asked about signing up, Tammy stated “ I like to visit the booths at the fair, and sign up for the drawings. You can learn a lot about the businesses that are there, and who knows, you may win something.” Shown presenting the flag to Tammy is Bob Short, Chairman of The Williams County Township Association. The flag was donated to the Association by James Davis, long time fiscal officer for Center Township.
