Charles W. Raynor IV, 50, of Bryan recently heard his sentencing after entering guilty pleas to two counts of sexual battery, each third degree felonies, in Williams County Common Pleas Court.  The sentencing will result in Raynor serving a 36 month prison term, a mandatory period of 5 years post release control, and in Raynor being designated a Tier III Sex Offender.  An additional count in the original indictment was dropped as a result of the plea agreement.

The indictment against Raynor was issued March and accused Raynor of engaging in sexual conduct with a female to who he is the “natural or adoptive parent, or stepparent, or guardian, custodian or person in loco parentis” during the months of January 2016 and March 2018.

Raynor is still waiting to hear additional sentencing on a misdemeanor inducting panic charge related to a Facebook made in February that referenced his stepson’s intention to “shoot up” Bryan High School.
