Williams County Court Of Common Pleas Sentences Seven Individuals

Baatz, Carl A. (Toledo, Ohio). Vandalism. Sentenced to a 6 month term of incarceration through ODRC and a discretionary period of 3 years post release control. Ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $136.32 to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

Cook, Eric J. (Bryan, Ohio). Theft, a fifth degree felony. Sentenced to 2 years community control with a 60 day term of incarceration to be served at CCNO. Credit for time served. Fined $500 and ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

Martinez, Madison N. (Wauseon, Ohio). Aggravated possession of drugs, a third degree felony. Sentenced to an 18 month term of incarceration through ODRC with a discretionary period of 3 years post release control. Ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

McAfee, Jeremiah L. (West Unity, Ohio). Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse, a fourth degree felony. Sentence to a 60 day term of imprisonment through ODRC and an additional term of 12 months, to be served consecutively, with a discretionary period of up to 3 years post release control. Credit for time served. To be placed under a Class II Driver’s License suspension for 3 years. Fined $1350 and ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

Rober, Jonathon P. (Bryan, Ohio). Aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. Sentenced to 3 years community control. Fined $500 and ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.

Saurer, John P. (Hicksville, Ohio). Aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. Sentenced to 2 years community control, fined $750, and ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel fees, and any supervision fees permitted.

Wadman, Eugenia M. (Bryan, Ohio). Count I: Theft, a fifth degree felony. Count II: Forgery, a fifth degree felony. Sentencing: On Count I, sentenced to 3 years community control with a 180 day term of incarceration at CCNO. 150 of said days suspended pending compliance with the terms of probation. Fined: $500.  On Count II, sentenced 3 years community control with a 180 day term of incarceration at CCNO. 150 days suspended pending compliance with the terms of probation. Fined $500. Community control and local jail times to run concurrently. Ordered to pay all costs of prosecution, any court appointed counsel costs, and any supervision fees permitted.
