The Montpelier eighth grade girls team suffered a heartbreaker of a loss to Edgerton 21-19.
Rebekah Carr led the Lady Locos with eight points. Peyton Houk and Hailey Layman also both contributed four points.
With the loss, the team falls to 3-4.
