Tribe Freshman Survive Close One Against Defiance

WAUSEON 1/11/14—It was close, but the Wauseon Indians freshman team was able to survive a tough battle against Defiance, winning by only a single point 35-34.

With 15 points, Isaiah Solomon was the pace setter for scoring with 15 points, Jake Valentine followed with ten, and Brendan Wilson finished the contest with six points.

Scoring by quarter:
Wauseon: 1st 7, 2nd 12, 3rd 7, 4th 9
Defiance: 1st 6, 2nd 12, 3rd 7, 4th 9
