Fulton County Commissioners Hear Bids For Gillen Ditch Project

The meeting of Fulton County Commissioners on Thursday, December 8, 2020 began with Bids on Ditch 2143 Gillen, with an estimate of $40,623.03.

Bids received were $29,455.60 from Dave’s Services Excavating in Wauseon; $29,989.52 from Lenz Farms in Delta; $38,558 from Advanced Demolition Systems in McComb; and $21,739 from Countryside Farms in Lyons.

The Commissioners approved:

•Minutes of December 1, 2020
•Agenda for present meeting
•Increase and transfer appropriations for various departments
•Resolution 851 Authorize disposal of unfit property for the Senior Center
•Resolution 852 Increase Agreement 2019-103 with Allied Waste Services on behalf of Public Utilities
•Resolution 853 Purchase orders and travel requests

The December 8, 2020 meeting held the passage of more items, being:
•Minutes of December 3, 2020
•Agenda for present meeting
•Payment of bills
•Correspondence: City of Toledo 2021 Water Rate Decrease; Notice of Office Closure – Eastern District Court; Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources; Certificate of Non-compliance; and Discussion of Session Schedule for 12/10/2020
•Increase and transfer appropriations for various departments
•Resolution 859 Approve pay request #1 for Agreement 2020-64 for the Bridge 20N.5 Rehabilitation Project
•Resolution 860 Authorize disposal of unfit property
•Resolution 861 Approve oversight of Agreement 2020-115 with Safe House Residential Services for IV-E Services on behalf of JFS
•Resolution 862 Approve Personnel request for JFS
•Resolution 863 Accept Recommendation of Loss Control Coordinator – Workers Compensation Claim
•Purchase orders and travel requests.
