Fulton County Commissioners Accept Resignation Of Clerk

Before the big snow storm hit the area, the Fulton County Commissioners were able to get their Thursday, February 11, 2021 business under their belts.

Held in regular format, they voted to approve the minutes of the February 9 meeting, the agenda for the February 11 meeting, the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments and purchase orders and travel requests.

They signed a Notice of Approval for the FY20-21 ODYS Grant, and a Notice of Approval for the National Register of Historic Places for the Fulton Lodge #248 in Delta.

Also approved were:

•Resolution 129 Execute satisfaction of mortgage for CHIP Program

•Resolution 130 Authorize Advertisement for Bridge 10S.3 Replacement project

•Resolution 131 Approve final assessments for Ditch 2120-Richer

•Resolution 132 Accept Resignation of Board Employee – Clerk to the Board, Teri Suarez, as of March 19, 2021

•Resolution 134 Appoint new Commissioners Clerk – Jessica Schuette will be moving from Assistant Clerk to Clerk position (they have posted through February 26, to hire a new assistant clerk)

With no further business that day, the meeting adjourned.
