Fulton County Commissioners Approve 2020 Annual Operation Report For Transfer Station

During the Thursday, February 18, 2021 and Tuesday, February 23, the Fulton County Commissioners focused on passing a number of Resolutions and other items, with no reports.

Approved by the Commissioner on February 18:

•Minutes of February 11, 2021 (Feb. 16 meeting closed due to Snow storm)

•Agenda for February 18, 2021 and Payment of bills


•2020 Annual Operation report for transfer station and January 2021 Interest Statement

•Increase and transfer appropriations for various departments

•Resolution 139 Approve oversight of Agreement 2021-25 with Safehouse Residential Services on behalf of Job and Family Services

•Resolution 140 Authorize Board President to sign RLF Administration Agreement 2021-26 with ODSA

•Resolution 141 Approve Final Assessment for Ditch 2132-Burkholder


•Resolution 142 Approve Amendment to schedule B Calculated estimated assessments for Ditch 2141-Myers

•Purchase orders and travel requests

•Resolution 145 Approve CARES Act Grant Final report for Airport

•Resolution 146 Appoint member and alternate to OPWC District 5

•Resolution 147 Enter Agreement 2021-47 Federal Field Services


The Commissioners then went into Executive Session to discuss the compensation of an employee. After Executive Session with no action taken, they adjourned.

•Agenda for February 23 and payment of bills

•Correspondence from Judge Michael Bumb

•Certificate of Mailing: Final Hearing notices for Ditch 2141-Myers

•Dog Warden Reports for February 6 and February 13, 2021

•Increase and transfer appropriations for various departments

•Resolution 152 Transfer Funds for Payment of Ditch Expenses: clerk’s costs, 1st year maintenance and engineering

•Resolution 153 Accept Recommendation of Loss Control Coordinator for BWC Claim


•Purchase orders and travel requests

•With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
