Archbold Village Council Approves Vacating Alley To Assist With Circle K Store Project

After the approval of minutes from the June 7th meeting and approving bills and payroll in the amount of $929, 718.18, the council passed three resolutions on the agenda for their June 21st meeting.

The items approved were:

  • Resolution 2021-44: Establishing Intent to Vacate a Platted Alley in Depplers Division in the Village of Archbold Upon Confirmation that MAC’s Convenience Stores LLC Purchased all Surrounding Properties and Declaring an Emergency
  • Resolution 2021-45: Accepting a change order for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Phase II and Declaring an Emergency
  • Declaring it Necessary to Levy a Tax in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation and Declaring an Emergency

Council moved their next meeting to Tuesday, July 6th at 5:30pm due to the 4th of July holiday.
