Two Fulton County men were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on drug possession charges.

Jerod R. Yedica, age 32, of Archbold, Ohio, pled guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs. According to the Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Yedica knowingly possessed Methamphetamine, a schedule II-controlled substance.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Yedica to three years of community control. He ordered Mr. Yedica to pay all prosecution costs; be successfully discharged from the Drug Court program; successfully complete treatment and any recommended aftercare at A Renewed Mind; upon release from the Renewal Center; Mr. Yedica may live with his mother unless directed to live in the Renewal House; submit to random urinalysis and breath tests; comply with any treatment recommendations; and not consume or possess alcohol nor enter bars and/or taverns.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Yedica serving six to twelve months in prison.

Michael Wallace, age 38, of Swanton, Ohio, previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Cocaine, and two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. He possessed Cocaine and Methamphetamine.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Wallace to 9 months in prison for each count, to be served consecutively with one another, for a total prison term of 27 months.
