On September 10, 2024, a Fulton County Common Pleas Court jury found Lamarco Clark, Jr., age 22, of Toledo, OH, guilty of 2 counts of Complicity to Commit Breaking and Entering, both felonies of the fifth degree, and Complicity to Commit Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree.

A Fulton County Grand Jury had previously indicted Mr. Clark for the February 26, 2024, offenses when he did purposely aid or abet another in breaking into an outbuilding and stealing a Polaris four-wheeler.

The jury of four men and eight women deliberated approximately 35 minutes before returning their guilty verdict.

The case was prosecuted by Fulton County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Paul H. Kennedy, and Mr. Clark was represented by attorney, Samuel Gold.

Mr. Clark’s bond was revoked, and the Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and report. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 11, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.
