The City of Wauseon held its annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, November 23rd, at 7:00 p.m. Despite delays caused by not one, not two, but three trains during the event, the city continued to spread Christmas cheer.
The parade began with the Honor Guard leading the way, followed by the Wauseon Police and Fire Departments. The Wauseon High School Cheerleaders added to the festivities with their enthusiastic cheers.
This year, the parade featured just over 40 entries, ranging from decorated vehicles to floats. Numerous businesses and other police departments joined in on the holiday celebration.
Downtown Wauseon was the place to be, filled with the aroma of hot chocolate and the sounds of festive Christmas music.
