The CRA Committee met on Thursday January 30th at 3:30. In attendance were Nathan Gruver, Denise Knecht, Amanda Knecht, Scott Blue, Pam Fitzcharles, Lynn Bowsher, Bob Day, Dawn Fitzcharles joined via cell phone. Ben Wilhelm was absent.

A motion to approve the minutes from the June 5th, 2024 meeting was made by Blue and seconded by Gruver.

For the administrator report, Dawn Fitzcharles communicated that the property owners on 134 W. River St. applied and requested a five-year tax abatement on construction of a garage/ building that covers three parcels.

Fitzcharles explained the previous address of this property was 504 N Elm St. The way it is set up now changes the address and actually is a lot less confusing for mail deliveries and emergency services.

The motion to reassign the address for 504 N. Elm to 134 W. River St. and approve the one hundred percent tax abatement for five years was made by Blue and seconded by Gruver.
