Wauseon School Board Supports Library Millage Renewal

Voters in the Wauseon Village Exempted School District will be asked to approve a 1-mill renewal for the local library.
The WVES Board of Education approved a resolution in support of the request, which the library board approved in April. The renewal will generate $185,310 a year for five years.
On other actions the board
Approved multiple contracts for various teachers and administrative staff.
Accepted the resignations of:
-Jennifer Grime, intervention teacher;
-Kathy Rupp, curriculum assistant;
-James Devine, intervention specialist;
Accepted the reassignments of:
-Ryndie Bzovi from second-grade teacher to first grade;
-Tom Burkholder from first-grade teacher to second grade;
Approved two overnight trips: FFA Officer Training at the Kalahari Resort, Sandusky, June 1-2 and FFA Camp, Camp Muskingum, Carrolton, June 20-24.
