(WAUSEON, OH) — Fulton County is pleased to announce that they have launched a new App that is now available for free download on smartphones and tablets.
This App offers a quick and easy option for users to access a plethora of information that is also available on Fulton County’s website. “The App allows for subscribers to access information quickly and directly from their smartphone or tablet,” states Toni Schindler, Director of Marketing and Communications for the Fulton County Commissioners. “This is particularly useful if you aren’t near a computer to access the website.” For instance, Schindler states that if someone wanted to check the menu and activities for the Senior Center, they could do so by simply opening the App, tapping the Senior Center icon and then the quick link for activities and menu.
The App features links such as the Board of Elections, in which users can view sample ballots, update their Ohio voting address and even a link to election results. There is also a quick link to the Dog Warden’s page to check for a lost dog that might be housed at the pound, or for dogs who are available for adoption. There is a link for Jobs, where users are able to access the Workforce Development’s “Job Leads of the Week,” as well as Fulton County Government Job opportunities.
Other options include accessing online payment options offered by Eastern and Western District Courts, Public Utilities and the Treasurer’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office tab features quick links to Crime Stoppers, Crime Tips, Sex Offender Search and Sheriff Sales listing. Additionally, users can search for restaurants, attractions and lodging available through the Visitor’s Bureau icon.
