Friday, December 2  Scoring Summaries:

BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL

Hilltop 64, Edon 42

The Cadets outscored the Bombers 46-18 during second and third quarter action to dominate the BBC contest. Quinn Smith, Ryan Brooker and Tim Maneval finished in double figures with 16,12 and 11 points respectively to lead Hilltop. Austin Kiess was the lone Bomber in double figures finishing with 11 while Travis Siebenaler finished with nine and Braden Miller added eight.


Pettisville 61, Fayette 33

The Blackbirds finished with three players in double figures as they dribbled past the Eagles in an early BBC matchup. Detric Yoder and Canidate Vickery paced the Blackbirds with 12 points apiece while Caleb Rychner followed close behind with 11. Travis Wagner led Fayette with 11 and Clayton Pheils added 10.

Montpelier 55, Stryker 44

Stryker broke out to a 10-7 first quarter lead and led 25-19 at the break but the Locomotives outscored the Panthers 36-19 during the second half to pull away with the BBC win. Kolden Uribes picked up where he left off last season leading Montpelier with 23 points. Michael Blake added 17 to complete the one-two punch for the Locomotives. Chase Glock and Hayden Clingaman led Stryker with 14 and 11 points respectively.

BOYS JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL


Fayette 32, Pettisville 30

The Eagles squeaked out a victory during the contest as Noah Brineger and Tanner Lemley helped Fayette scoring 15 and 10 points respectively. Seven players for the Blackbirds finished in the scoring column led by Sam Rychener with seven points and the trio of Caleb Keim, Evan Warner and Logan Rugenacht finishing with five points apiece.

Stryker 33, Montpelier 25

GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL


Archbold 74, Wauseon39

In the non-league game between the two rivals, the Bluestreaks rolled to the victory with a 29 of 47 shooting night. Four Bluestreaks scored in double figures during the contest including Brooke Kohler with 16, Kierstyn Repp with 14, Lily Krieger and Alyssa Ziegler with 11 apiece. Repp and Krieger put up 20 points collectively during third quarter action. Karli Penrod was the leading point getter for Wauseon finishing in double figures with 16.
