What is Relay For Life?
Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature event. It offers everyone in the community the opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out at the fairgrounds and take turns walking or running around the track. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Relay is an 18 hour , overnight event filled with food, fun, music and live entertainment while helping raise funds to improve the quality of life for cancer patients today and the outlook for those diagnosed in the future.
