American Red Cross of Fulton County to Host Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser

The American Red Cross of Fulton County is hosting their fifth annual wine tasting and auction on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the Swanton American Legion Hall, 200 South Hallett Avenue in Swanton. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be guided by a representative from Heidelberg Distributors.  Food and appetizers will be served along with the wine selections. There will be twelve wines available – 6 sweet to semi-sweet and 6 semi-dry to dry. Each attendee will be issued 6 tickets at the door that will entitle them to choose 6 tastings from the twelve.

Raffles for county businesses’ merchandise and gift certificates will be held throughout the evening along with door prizes.

 Tickets are $20 each and are available by calling the American Red Cross – Fulton County office (419.822.6384), Chairperson Ann Roth (419.583.9701) or Mary Cooan (419.923.0561) or Keith Oyer (419.439.0598).  Tickets must be purchased in advance–there will be no ticket sales at the door.

 All proceeds from this event will stay in Fulton County to support the local American Red Cross Chapter.
