Angeline E. BrownAngeline E. Brown, 86, of Bryan and formerly of Alvordton, passed away early Saturday morning at the Community Hospitals and Wellness Center in Bryan. She was born on April 11, 1929 in Regina – Saskatchewan, Canada to Jivco and Jennie D. (Thomas) Filipov. On September 17, 1949 Angie married George W. Brown in Windsor, Canada and he preceded her in death in June of 2006.

Angie worked as a sales clerk at Sears and Ace Hardware in Bryan. She was a member of the House of Prayer in Montpelier.
Angie is survived by a son, daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a brother James Filipov of Sturgeon Bay, Ontario, Canada.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers Alexander M. and Walter J. Filipov and a sister-in-law Elizabeth Filipov.

There will be no visitation or services for Angie. A private graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park in Toledo. Memorials contributions may be made to the donor’s choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Thompson Funeral Home. Online condolences can be left at www.thethompsonfuneralhome.com.
