Archbold’s Tommi Bok To Continue Equestrian Career At Adrian College

ARCHBOLD – We are accustomed in this area to seeing college signings for baseball, softball, basketball, football etc., but equestrian is unique.

Archbold’s Tommi Bok did just that as she signed to continue her academic and equestrian career at Adrian College.

Bok looked at the University of Findlay and Asbury University in Kentucky before choosing the Bulldogs.

“I chose this school because when I went and visited everybody was so nice and welcoming. The campus is absolutely amazing, and the vibe seemed like home”, said Bok, who will be studying biology while at Adrian.

“Campus is also far enough away to be on my own, but close enough to home so I can visit on the weekends.”

Bok has been on the honor roll throughout high school and has been chosen for the Outstanding Athlete Award thanks to her grades.

Also recently, her equestrian team took home Reserve Champions at the state meet.

“I would like to thank Brenda Watson and my grandma Anne Bok as they have taught me to ride horses and have been continuing to help me ever since”, commented Bok when acknowledging those that have played a key role in her equestrian career.”

“I would also like to thank Michelle Gladieux, my cheer coach”, added Bok.
