Arthur “Art” E. VanCoppenolle (1967-2013)

Arthur “Art” E. VanCoppenolle, 45, of Montpelier died Saturday evening at his home. He was born on October 26, 1967 in Montpelier to Thomas A. and Kathleen (Robarge) VanCoppenolle. Art graduated from Montpelier High School in 1986.

Art worked at a meat processing plant in Napoleon, Ohio.

Art is survived by his father Thomas VanCoppenolle of Montpelier; mother Kathy; stepmother Cheryl J. VanCoppenolle of Sarasota, Florida; son Josh Manley of Texarkana, Arkansas; brother Joe J. VanCoppenolle of Sarasota, Florida; sister Jami (Pat) Tusko of Bryan, Ohio; paternal grandmother Elnora Kunkle of Montpelier; and one grandchild.

There will be no visitation, but a private memorial service will be held with Pastor Paul Gruetter to officiate. Donations in memory of Art can be made to Williams County Humane Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thompson Funeral Home in Montpelier. Online condolences can be made at www.thethompsonfuneralhome.com
