The female Athlete of the Week is Bryan thrower Lexi Alspaugh. Last week at the Lima Bath Invitational, Alspaugh won the shot put with a throw of 39’ 10.5” and was second in the discus with a toss of 91’ 5”.
Alspaugh’s throw in the shot put also broke the previous school record that stood for 32 years of 37’ 7”.
