The female Athlete of the Week is Bryan softball player Thea Staten.
The Bryan freshman pitched complete games in three Bryan wins last week, giving up just one run on five hits with 41 strikeouts combined in the three games. At the dish, Staten had a home run, two doubles, three singles, and eight RBIs.
