On February 5th, 2018 the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force concluded an eight-month undercover operation. The following individuals were arrested in connection to the operation:
MORGAN LUCAS, 29-year-old / white / female from Defiance, Ohio.
- Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.
NIKITA COLEMAN, 29-year-old / black / male from Toledo, Ohio.
- Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.
TOBBY WARNCKE, 29 years old / black / male from Defiance, Ohio.
- Permitting Drug Abuse (use of premises), 2 counts, both Felonies off the Fifth Degree.
DUSTIN GONZALES, 31-year-old / Hispanic / male from Bryan, Ohio.
- Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, near a juvenile, a Felony of the Third Degree.
- Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a Felony of the Fourth Degree.
ANITA SHANEYFELT, 21-year-old / white / female from Liberty Center, Ohio.
- Permitting Drug Abuse, (use of Vehicle), a Felony of the Fifth Degree. Seizer of 2006 Saturn Four Door Sedan.
VINCENT FELL, JR., 36-year-old / black / male from Toledo, Ohio.
- Trafficking in Cocaine, in the vicinity of a juvenile, a Felony of the Fourth Degree.
- Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.
- Trafficking in Heroin, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.
- Trafficking in Heroin, in the vicinity of a juvenile, a Felony of the Fourth Degree.
More arrests are expected from this investigation. Assisting the Man Unit during the operation were the Defiance County Sheriff’s Office, Defiance County Prosecutor’s Office, Northwest Ohio Fugitive Task Force, US Marshals Office, Defiance County Job and Family Services and the Defiance County Dog Warden.
