Since last touched on, the Goldsmith renovation has been going smoothly, with the walls in place and the stage constructed. The heating and cooling system was just put in, and the electrical system is getting inspected soon.
The ceiling will be finished once the electrical work is completely inspected, and everything should be finished in time for their opening night February 16th, featuring Love Sick.
The whole light and sound system will be completed come March, and the first show will see the reuse of the light and sound system that has been used previously.

Those in attendance can look forward to seeing the seats that were fundraised for in the newly renovated space, and the lobby will have many blasts from the past for attentive onlookers to take note of.
The backstage area is wonderful, and for the first time, cast will have their own restroom, in addition to the two spacious restrooms added to the front of the lobby.
It can certainly be said that 2024 will forever be a monumental year with reference to the history of the Williams County Community Theater.
Fundraising is still ongoing, and donations for the renovation are always welcome. To date, $400,000 of the necessary $750,000 has been raised. Sponsors will be featured on a sponsor board in the lobby as well.
