Carol L. (Bates) Wilson, age 79, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away Tuesday night, May 26, 2020 in The Toledo Hospital, Toledo, Ohio. She was born June 29, 1940 in Wauseon, Ohio to the late Frank and Emily Bates.
She married Danny D. Wilson on February 22, 1969 and he survives. Carol was a retired 45 year employee of United Technologies in Wauseon. She was also lifelong farm wife and homemaker.
Survivors include, her loving husband, Danny D. Wilson, Wauseon, Ohio, beloved son, Jason D. Wilson and his wife, Rachel, 3 grandchildren, Sawyer, Beckett, and Piper Wilson, two brothers, Lyle and Ben Bates, one sister, Edith Seiler, numerous nieces and nephews.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents and 6 brothers and 2 sisters.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic responsibility restrictions, Carol’s graveside funeral services and interment will be private. Interment will be in Tedrow Cemetery. Celebrant Adam Grisier will officiate.
