Knowland of Greenwood, Indiana; grandchildren, Joshua Day of Liberty Center, Ohio, Alexis and Ashton Perez of Auburn, Indiana, and Aaliyah Odem of Defiance, Ohio; two great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, Drew, Lydia and Libby Bristol, all of Fort Wayne; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Ruthetta Day and Priscilla “Pat” Partee; and one grandson, Alexander Day.
