Cheri Lee (Richmond) Kuzma, age 74, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona, where she resided.
Cheri was the daughter of Dene and Marilyn (Miller) Richmond (both deceased) and was born on Dec. 16, 1943 in Montpelier, Ohio. She attended Montpelier schools and graduated in 1961.
After graduation, Cheri worked for Art Newcomber Law Offices. She married Chuck Forstie and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, had two sons, Kurtis and Greg Forstie. Chuck and Cheri divorced and she married Warren Dennis Kuzma (who preceded her in death) and they had one son, Kevin Kuzma. All three sons reside in Arizona. Cheri worked at Choice Hotels for many years and enjoyed reading, collecting and doing crafts.
There was no funeral service, but immediate family gathered and had a celebration of lifetime in her honor.
Besides her three sons, Cheri leaves behind two granddaughters from son Kurtis (Carissa Forstie) husband Conner, and Kayla Davis, husband Zach, and their two sons. Also, six brothers and sisters, Karen (Lynn) Lamberson of Montpelier, Rob (Melinda) Richmond of Montpelier, Lynn (Lewie) Meyer of Brunersburg, Ric (Kittie) Richmond of Montpelier, Lee (Tami) Richmond of Montpelier, Susan (Randy) Bible of Bryan; and one stepuncle, Dave (Paige) Miller of Archbold, Ohio. Cheri will be missed by all.
