The Mind-Body-Spirit connection. Your thoughts create your reality. The emerging sciences of quantum biophysics, epigenetics, and fractal geometry have illuminated the mechanics of the mind -body- spirit connection.

This new science reveals that consciousness is responsible for our life experiences, including our biological functioning Ultimately, this means that by changing our thoughts we can change our reality.

Once we accept that we are responsible for everything that happens to us. We become empowered to take control of our lives.

Our minds are responsible for taking everything that we perceive in the external world and creating our own unique interpretation of it.

This is the mindset attempt to establish coherence between our internal beliefs and our external reality. Our bodies then respond to these perceptions by releasing chemicals that affect our physical health and well-being…….. for better or for worse.

Should our beliefs about the world and about ourselves the negative, the result is inevitably distress, disharmony, and disease in our bodies. Quantum physics has shown that our experiences in the physical world are deeply connected to the inner workings of our minds.

Our minds create perceptions, and our perceptions result and chemical changes in our bodies that ultimately affect our biology. In other words, how we think has an effect on how we feel. And how we feel, in turn, affects how we think.

So, if we wake up every morning feeling anxious or thinking that life is a struggle, then our brains will initiate the production of stress hormones, which inevitably really shut off our immune system, our growth, and our ability to think. Now, imagine what would happen if we felt this way day in and day out.

Needless to say, we must break this cycle if we are to achieve mind-body-spirit wellness…… We are all really just seeking wholeness and connection to the Earth and to oneself and each other.

My greatest hopes and prayers are that we can all share and encourage each other to live a happier, healthier, vibrant life!
