A Delta, Ohio man was sentenced on September 7, 2018 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Daniel K. Fitch, age 36, previously pled guilty to Possession of Cocaine. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about May 16, 2017, Mr. Fitch possessed cocaine.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Fitch to two years of community control. He ordered Mr. Fitch to serve six months in CCNO; pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; be assessed by a drug/alcohol treatment facility; and not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Fitch serving nine months in prison.
