TIFFIN – The curtain came down hard on the Buckeye Border Conference at the 2012 Tiffin Division III Regionals on October 27.

The Pettisville Blackbirds were joined by Skylar Lantz of Fayette, Brady Livensparger of Hilltop and Luke Graber and Dean Beamont of Stryker at the Tiffin event…the doorway to the State Finals in Columbus. Unfortunately for the local harriers, that door was slammed in their faces, bringing their quests for the capitol city to a close.

Lantz led the locals to the line with a 24th place finish, with Graber placing 33rd and Livensparger 37th. The Pettisville team finished in 12th place overall, with Dominic Frey fronting his Blackbird brethren hot on the heels of Livensparger in 38th place.
