Dollie A. Clair (1928-2012)

Dollie A. Clair, age 83, of Wauseon and formerly of Gibsonburg, passed away Sunday morning, November 11, 2012 at Heartland of Wauseon. She was born in Henry County to the late Joseph and Frieda (Rohrs) Selke on December 17, 1928. Dollie was a lifelong homemaker. She was a member of the Wauseon American Legion Auxiliary and life member of the Wauseon VFW Auxiliary. Dollie was a past member of Emmaus Lutheran Church in Wauseon. Along with her parents, Dollie was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Donald L. Clair; sons, Daniel (Patti) Clair and Darwin “Butch” Clair; daughters, Deanna L. Brubaker and Denise Manley; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In honoring Dollie’s wishes, there will be no visitation and services will be private for the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St Hwy 109 in Delta. Private interment will be at Wauseon Union Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website at www.barnesfuneralchapel.com.
