Douglas Eugene Brown, age 63, of Naples, FL and formerly of Delta, passed away peacefully May 5, 2013 at Physicians Regional Hospital in Naples, FL. He was born in Wauseon, OH on September 14, 1949 to Kenneth “Budd” and Geraldine (Krieger) Brown. He was a 1967 graduate of Delta High School. Douglas worked as a truck driver for the majority of his career; most recently driving for TNT Holland Trucking. During his last few years in Ohio, he was employed with A+A Inventory in Liberty Center, OH, and later worked in security for several residential parks after moving to Naples, FL. In addition to his parents, Douglas is survived by his children, Benjamin Brown of Naples, FL; step-children, Clifford (Jereè) Earl and Monte Earl of Naples, FL, Tim (Ann) Earl of Toledo, OH; siblings, Debra Brown of Liberty Center, Keith (Ruth) Brown of Delta; former wife, Melva Fix and many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
