NEW MARTIAL ARTIST IN TOWN … Master Richard Barkhimer (right) prepares to cut a ribbon in front of his new Master B’s Sport Karate & Self Defense in downtown Swanton along with Mayor and Chamber of Commerce President Neil Toeppe. Barkhimer offers classes for children, adults, and groups, with private classes available by appointment.
