Dr. Steven T. Noirot, age 67, of Wauseon, passed away on Friday, March 08, 2019, at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon.
He was born in Lima, OH on June 11, 1951, to the late Jess and Ethel (Marchal) Noirot. Growing up, he lived in Miller City, Ohio. On June 16, 1979, he married Marjorie Elchinger, and she survives.
Steven attended The Ohio State University and graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois as a Doctor of Chiropractic. His profession was his passion. He loved the outdoors and nature, with a special interest in trees and plants.
Steven enjoyed visiting his hometown, Miller City, and the area. In his younger years, he was the drummer in a popular Miller City Road Band, “The Impressions”. He was also an Ohio State Buckeyes fan, but loved following local high school sports as well as the Cincinnati Reds.
Surviving are his wife, Marjorie; son, Chandler Noirot; daughters, Rachel Noirot and Jessica (Christopher) Marlatt; grandchildren, Rebecca, Jacob, and Nicholas Marlatt; brother, Louis (Sandy) Noirot; sister, Dorothy Alt; and sister-in-law, Mary Lou Noirot. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Donald (Mary) Noirot and Jack Noirot; and brother-in-law, Bob Alt.
The Funeral Mass for Steven will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at St. Caspar Catholic Church in Wauseon. Father Stan Tabor will officiate. Interment will following the St. Caspar Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, March 10, 2019, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon.

Dr Noirot was a wonderful doctor and compassionate man. He was kind and so helpful. I had been going to him for 30 years. He truly cared about his patients.

I worked for Dr.Noirot he was a funny, caring man who loved his job and patients. He made me laugh many times in the office, Rest easy Dr.Noirot you will be missed.
