PIONEER – In their final campaign as coaches, Paul Stoll and Don Walton are exiting in style. Their Edon Lady Bombers rang up yet another undisputed BBC Championship, capturing the 2012 crown with a 25-14, 25-15 and 25-22 win over the North Central Lady Eagles on October 9.
Sydney Stoll was 31/31 setting with 9 assists, and 14/15 serving with 2 aces, 19 digs and 16 kills for the 18-3 / 9-0 Lady Bombers, while Alex Kiess went 45/45 setting with 19 assists, and 10/10 serving with 2 aces, 13 digs and 5 kills. Andrea Headley was 16/16 serving with an ace and a dozen digs, and Kaitlin Chrisman was 10/10 serving with 2 aces and 8 digs. Nicole Newell went 15/16 serving with 2 aces, and Becky Fisk slammed 5 kills.
McKayla Swank was 4/6 serving with 2 kills, 15 assists and 6 digs for North Central, Brittany Laney was 7/7 serving, and Tiana Wheeler was 7/7 serving with 5 digs.
