Edon Travels To Powerhouse Wauseon In Non-League Action; Falls To Host Indians 7-4

WAUSEON: April 29-The BBC/NWOAL non-league showdown on April 29 continued with a Edon Bomber/Wauseon Indian matchup, with the host Wauseon Indians prevailing 7-4 to move to 13-5 on the season while setting at a perfect 7-0 in the NWOAL.
Peyton Shadbolt earned the victory for the Indians on the mound, throwing 3 full innings allowing no runs and giving up just 1 hit.
At the plate for the Indians in the victory, Ty Suntken went 2 for 4 while Josh Kauffman had a stellar day at the plate, going 2 for 3. Shadbolt also helped his effort on the mound with a 2 for 2 day at the plate, driving in 1 RBI
For the Bombers, Landon Bloir took the loss, giving up 4 earned runs while allowing 9 hits. offensively for Edon, Bloir had a hit in the game while Kaden Sapp also connected in the game.
Edon falls to 8-6 on the season and remains at 4-3 in the BBC.
