EDON – Parity…pure parity. That is the best way to describe the BBC showdown between the Edon Bombers and the Stryker Panthers on January 3. Neither team could shake the other, and for four quarters this matchup went back and forth.
With the Bombers taking a single point lead as the clock dipped low in the fourth, the Panther Pack turned to an unlikely but legitimate hero for a final stab at the Bombers…Austin Robison. Robison only connected on one field goal this night, but he made the most of it, landing the game-winner that put the Panthers over the Bombers in The Hangar, 47-46.
