Evergreen Local Schools is hosting four community conversation opportunities during the month of October.
Mr. Eric J. Smola, superintendent, and Mr. Brian Carroll, treasurer, will be having open office hours at different locations throughout the district to give community members a chance to share comments and ask questions in an informal environment.
“Evergreen Local Schools is dependent on the support of its community members, and having face-to-face conversations are important to us,” says Smola.
“Getting out of our offices and into the community will allow us to answer questions, discuss factual information, gain feedback, and hopefully put wild rumors to rest,” he adds.
Smola and Carroll look forward to meeting community members and discussing any school-related topic, including district finances, the upcoming levy renewal, tax dollar contributions, athletics, etc.
