Fayette Lady Eagles Edge Out Hilltop Lady Cadets For BBC Jamboree Victory

PIONEER – Sabrina Brown of Edon finished first overall, with Madeline Routhier and Lauren Garrett of Hilltop taking second and third, but cross country is a team sport. When it comes to the team aspect, a balance of quality and quantity is needed, and the Fayette Lady Eagles had just the right balance to win the second of three BBC Jamborees on October 2.

Fayette placed first with 48 points, bumping out Hilltop by 5 points for the top spot. Stryker finished third, Pettisville fourth, Edon fifth, and the understaffed North Central Lady Eagles placed sixth.
