Three new medallions have been installed at the flagpole at Floral Grove Cemetery, southeast of West Unity. Placed by the Junior Wyse Post #669 of the American Legion in West Unity, the flag-holding medallions will recognize those who have served in America’s most recent armed conflicts. According to Post Commander, Phil Stotz, the new medallions commemorate those who have served in the Persian Gulf War, the Afghanistan War, and the Iraq War.
