

Frank was a Navy Veteran of WWII, serving as a Radioman flying PBY’s. His memberships included the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, Disabled Vets, and Catalina International. His accommodations include Philippine Liberation, Asiatic Pacific, American Area, Kodiak Alaska, China-Burma-India, 3-Star Aircrew Insignia, Good Conduct, Victory, and the Presidential Unit. Among his hobbies were, he was a Multi-Tradesman, he loved hunting and fishing and was an artist.
Surviving are seven daughters, Rosemarie (Dick Young), Bonita (Gary Kaake), Patricia (Leslie Doriot), Sandra (Richard Schwartz), Diane (Larry Kagy), Debra “Marie” (Joseph Skonecki), Annette (Ronald Haar); three sons, Thomas (Rita), Larry (Cheryl), Douglas; 26 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Rita; and grandsons, Clinton Zmijewski, Mathew Haar.
