Recipients of the award would have made their major contribution in Ohio and have/had a long tenure in their field or endeavor, preferably 25 years or more. Individuals or organizations who would like to make nominations can obtain application forms at www.fulton.osu.edu click on “Agriculture and Natural Resources” or at the Fulton County Extension Office, 8770 St. Rt. 108, Suite A, Wauseon, 419-337-9210.
