The Fulton County Commissioners met for a regular session on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, an opening prayer, and a roll call, followed by approval of minutes from the November 18 meeting and adoption of the day’s agenda.
Commissioners reviewed the county treasurer’s annual delinquent tax and assessment collection report for the DTAC fund.
The report showed just over $118,757 in revenue collected through the end of October, with collections running higher than normal due in part to a settlement involving the Nexus Pipeline.
Estimated expenses for 2025 total slightly more than $21,000. Projected revenue for both 2025 and 2026 is listed at $30,000. Supporting revenue and expense reports from the treasurer’s office were included with the submission.
A series of appropriation updates were approved. The unclaimed funds account received an increase of $639.74, so a pending transfer can move forward.
Within the Veterans Service Office budget, $1,500 was moved from general other expenses into the transportation soldiers’ relief line to provide additional gas voucher assistance for veterans.
At Job and Family Services, $5,000 was shifted from a social services supply line into a public assistance supply line so related costs can flow through a shared cost pool. All adjustments were submitted with emails and forms from the fiscal staff.
Commissioners also approved the removal of a previously certified lien on a Northeast Water System account for a parcel located at 2674 U.S. Route 20 near Swanton. The lien was originally placed in 2022 and has now been fully paid, allowing for its removal.
Three copier service contract addenda with Current Office Solutions were signed for units used by the Department of Job and Family Services.
The additions cover Ricoh IM C3510 machines located in the CSEA third-floor office area, the CSEA collections area, and the Ohio Means Jobs seårch center. The service start dates listed in the documents were in April of this year.
Commissioners then approved the county’s purchase order edit list and the day’s travel requests. Included was a request for a Job and Family Services employee to attend a JFS OCATS meeting in Columbus on November 21, with reimbursement for lunch and mileage using a county vehicle.
Another travel request covered attendance at a winter conference and training at the Nationwide Conference Center, including lodging, meals, and mileage reimbursement.
County offices will be closed on November 27 and 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. With nothing further, the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
